Oahu is the heaviest populated island in Hawaii and home to its state
capital, Honolulu. The principal tourist area is
Waikiki Beach which
is located on the southeast coast of the island near Diamond Head.
A good highway system connects all major towns on the island.
Airport transportation is available from the Honolulu International Airport
to most major hotels in Waikiki. Frequent airline connections are
available from the airport to the other Hawaiian islands.
Pearl Harbor and Diamond Head are popular Oahu tourist attractions.
